Daniel Palmieri (Dan) serves as Co-Managing Partner of Sierra Ridge Investors and is responsible for all facets of the business including investments, asset management, and strategic vision.  Mr. Palmieri has 15 years of combined experience at blue chip private equity firms including CIM Group, Northwood Investors, and KKR & Co. Inc.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Palmieri has invested across asset classes and risk profiles including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial.

In his senior career, Mr. Palmieri led the mixed-use investment strategy for Northwood Investors and was responsible for investments in the western U.S. for KKR.  Dan is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at USC (B.S. in Investments & Financial Markets) and is an active member of Urban Land Institute, Lusk Center for Real Estate at USC, and board member of Hermosa Beach Little League.

Mr. Palmieri resides in Hermosa Beach with his wife and three children.
