Nick Angelich serves as Co-Managing Partner of Sierra Ridge investors and is responsible for all facets of the business including investments, asset management and strategic vision. Before launching Sierra Ridge, Mr. Angelich served as Managing Director, Head of the West Coast at CommonWealth Partners, a nationally recognized real estate investment and operating company, where he worked for nearly 15 years on a variety of fund strategies owned in joint venture with CalPERS. 

In this most recent role, Mr. Angelich led regional teams responsible for all elements of the business on the West Coast, including Investments, Asset Management & Leasing and Property/Construction Management.  Nick is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at USC (BS in Real Estate Finance) and is an active member of NAIOP, LACRA, and a board member of Claris Health. 

Mr. Angelich resides in Pacific Palisades with his wife and three children.
